Hey — I'm Karla. Born in Manila. Raised in Queens. Polished in Brooklyn. Currently living my best life in Coronado, CA with my loud, wonderful Italian-American husband and two very sarcastic daughters (now in college, and that's their description — not mine).
Before any of this, I was a talk show producer and newswriter for FOX News Channel. That career taught me something most creators never learn: what makes people stop, watch, and actually care. I know how to structure a story, land a hook, and hold attention — because I had to do it on national television.
Now I bring that same instinct to short-form content. I'm genuinely into tech gadgets, skincare tools, AI apps, and beauty — not because a brief told me to be, but because I'm already buying them. That's the difference brands feel.
